Work Location: Phoenix, AZ / San Antonio, TX / Plano, TX (Onsite role)
Duration: 12 Months contract

Job Description:
Skillset:
· Good experience with Python on the data science side
· Needs to have experience in pricing but can come from multiple environments – banking, insurance, and retail will work as we will not find people with Earnix exp, it is very new
· Must have decent business acumen or ability to learn – they need to understand the how/why in order to write more effective formulas and help plan/make presentations.
Role:
· These resources will be looking at requirements and writing formulas to replicate/improve legacy calculations into Earnix
· They will be using Python to re-write formulas for the pricing engine – essentially writing business logic to tell the tool what to do and where to go
· No specific target state, they are beginning the work in Q1 so these resources will be involved in supporting planning (powerpoint presentations will be required
