Experience of support, customization and its deployments on Cimnet MES platform
Very good functional understanding of Discrete Manufacturing and Medical device manufacturing domain
Experience or Knowledge in development of user interface using Apriso screen framework process
Working knowledge of MES integrations with ERP, PLM and other dependent systems
Strong problem-solving, analytical, & process improvement skills
Good conceptual knowledge of .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#.Net, JavaScript, Web Services ,PHP,
Knowledge in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases
Knowledge in Crystal Reports/ Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services for reporting
Nice to have
• Having working experience in AGILE methodology
• Domain knowledge in Pharma/MDD Manufacturing
6 to 8 Yrs
• Handling L2/L3 support incidents (user service requests, system issues , bug fixes, data fixes, enhancements)
• Ticket resolution within agreed SLA and OLA
• Monitor Service Now and assign tickets to self from the queue.
• Coordinate with other team-members globally to support application that are based in France and are in scope.
• Work on change requests and problem management.
Must have very good written and verbal communication skill
Must be self-motivated and pro-active
Able to work with demanding customer
