Job Description:
Need a good program manager with an automation background, who has experience with governing/leading the automation program and think about scaling the automation vision for customers.
Mandatory skills: Program management, client management, RPA, automation, COE, team management
• Develop the vision, strategy, and value proposition for entire automation CoE program and help to enhance Operational & Governance Model
• Collaborate with customer for Strategy, Planning and Risk Management
• Define and establish processes for Quality Management, Metrics and Risk Management
• Define key metrics for CoE program effectiveness and provide oversight and direction on performance metrics to ensure SLAs are met
• Manage resources, productivity, benchmarking volumes and facilitating proactive issues and risk identification and resolution, the development and implementation of strategies aimed at both building the unit and optimizing unit performance.
• Team management
• Establish clear and measurable goals that drive continuous improvement.
• Accountable for deliverables and is first point of escalation.
• Support in marketing and socializing Automation CoE program.
• Enable centralized Automation Steering Governance and drive weekly/monthly governance meetings to show the value of the program to leadership.
