 years experience as a Jira Admin, specifically in cloud environments.
Experience with Atlassian Access and/or Okta required.
Responsibilities include managing/supporting 3 cloud instances (Hellosign, Dbxpartners, and Localization), and supporting user access via Okta and Atlassian Access. Also includes
being the lead on a project to consolidate 2 cloud instances (the Localization instance with the dbxpartners). Involves signficant user communication and guidance.
leading a project to merge the Hellosign instance with Dropbox's.
Self-motivated, excellent communication, stakeholder management long term commitment
