Job Description :
Provides oversight and ownership with a vertical area of one or more products. 
Leads and manages the successful completion of all assigned development within a release cycle.
Lead contributor in the technical design and implementation of system development projects with a focus towards long-term architectural improvements. 
Recommends and implements tools associated with team based software development.
Technology and domain subject matter expert in one or more business domains and/or technical areas.
Approves technical designs. Performs code and design reviews to ensure maintainability and bug free implementation of the product features.
Working with the Architect defines code re-use strategy, design patterns, principles, specifications and standards to be followed in implementing assigned tasks.
Researches and works with Product to understand the marketing requirements for a product, including target environment, performance criteria and 
competitive issues, researches new technology or development tools to remain abreast of current technology.
Proficient in multiple coding languages specifically .Net, React, Java, JavaScript, etc, used to working as a full stack developer, 
involved with both the front and back end of the application
Evaluates and implements new technologies into the current development process.
Works closely with the architect to determine / create efficiencies and recommends, designs, and implements 
on-going application and architectural improvements
Works with the Architect / Development manager to assist with training plans for developers.
The Lead Product Developer is responsible for one or more applications / products. 
They create and enhance business applications and products to support business needs. 
They are responsible for collaborating with the Product Owner and Architect on a regular basis in order to 
implement new product components as we renew our platform with micro-services architecture. The Lead Product 
Developer meets regularly with the team to ensure progress is being made on sprint activities and mentor the development team when needed. 
A Lead Product Developer possesses qualities that enhance teamwork, has a strong sense of ownership, and a strong passion for high quality of software.
Ten+ years’ experience professionally developing software.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases including stored procedures, views and triggers
C#, ASP.NET, and/or Java
React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, XML, XSLT
Web page design, Angular, React
Object Relational Mapping (OR/M), MVC, MEF, Unity Framework
Team Foundation Server, BitBucket, Git, Subversion or other source control product
Knowledge of the various services and capabilities of cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Understanding of cloud computing design and security principles
An understanding of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins or Bamboo is desirable
Knowledge of Docker containers and related orchestration technologies is desirable
 
Additional:
Cloud Certifications a plus
Azure Cosmos DB a huge plus
