*Job Description:*

- Provide technical support and technical solution options to our
user/business partners with office productivity tools and digital
experience software.
- Assist those partners in the configuration and setup of these Office
tools to deliver a better digital experience.
- Consult with and make recommendations to these partners to improve
team collaboration and information exchange through digital solutions.
- Debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting digital solutions is
required.
- Expert level experience required in executing strategies in digital
work streams.
- Expert level experience required in collaborating with end users and
teams to define and build digital office solutions.
