Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
 
Technologies:
 
OS Platforms(Red Hat Linux, Windows, AIX, VMWare), Mainframe, Networking, Storage and Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Azure, IBM Cloud, AWS, Google, 
Experience in automation, service delivery improvement plans, architecture methodologies and practices
 
 
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
 
Cloud Platforms: Azure, IBM Cloud, AWS, Google,
Containerization - Kubernetes, OpenShift and Ansible or other automation platforms
 
 
Role and Responsibilities:
 
This role primarily provides technical content and support for various value add Solutions to Customer base.  This will include collaboration with the Customer, 3rd Party Vendors, and Delivery Teams for the development of Solution Design Documents, High Level Design Documents, and Low Level Design Documents (all of which may, or may not be, mutually exclusive deliverables depending on the Project/Initiative requirements.
This role also provides guidance to delivery teams, identifies gaps and opportunities to improve service delivery, supports the chief architect in overall architecture governance, HW and SW currency and performance and capacity management. The enterprise architect will also provide transition support of projects into operational support and contribute to account technology plans. All of these activities will ensure adherence to established architectural standards, governance and processes
