Role:  Google Cloud CCAI Conversational Designer
Location: Houston, TX

 
Job Description:
•       Prior knowledge on Google Cloud CCAI, BigQuery, AI Platform, Chatbots, Genesys IVR, NICE-NPM platform is required.
•       Specialist in Dialogflow CX, Virtual Agent, Conversational AI, Agent Assist, Insights, Speech to Text / Text to Speech, Voice Recording
•       Design conversational map together with Bot Developers
•       Creates design guidelines for chatbot
•       Develops conversation & logic of the chatbot
•       Constantly add new contents
•       Maintains existing content
•       Frequently checks the answers of the bot and finetune it
•       Designs dashboarding & reporting for the use case
•       Derive actionable business insights from the conversational data
•       Experience with Mobile Testing, API/Web Service testing or REST is a plus.
•       Good experience in CCAI Operations Support, Infrastructure Support, Intent Creation, Data Flow, Conversational Workflow Model, Chatbot Services, Clunky speech transcriptions with regular Tuning, Robotic & Pre-recorded voices, Additional Google Cloud AIML Features Integrated, Emotional Detection, Sentimental Analytics, Topic Modelling, Conversational Insights, One-Click Configuration & integrated Omni Channels including connectors
•       Good skills in Manage internal & external APIs & Build SDKs for configurate the enterprise library



•       Frequently checks the answers of the bot and finetune it
•       Designs dashboarding & reporting for the use case
