Job Description:-
Responsibilities
 
· Work with TBMA team and develop/execute the strategic roadmap for the Technology Business Management (TBM)
·  Provide Senior Global Leaders with timely and transparent reports and insights to enable better understanding of the cost, consumption and value of IT
·  Work with IT service and tower owners to understand their costs and proactively identify optimization opportunities to reduce cost.
·  Work with TBMA team and set data governance standards which support the integration of data between different systems
·  Collaborate with TBMA Team on IT Total Cost of Ownership, Financial metrics, and cost transparency initiatives.
·  Import, transform, rationalize and support automate data flow from systems of record such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Service Now, Centralized Application Repository, Asset Manager, etc.
·  Perform Configuration changes in Model as required
·  Responsible for the development, facilitation and enhancements relating to our TBM Platform (Apptio).
Qualifications/Skills Required:
·  Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Apptio ( 5 to 8 years)
·  Working experience in SQL Query
·  Able to independently resolve  & support Apptio Import & Configuration changes
·  Must exude a positive, can-do attitude and an inclination for process improvements
·  Good client facing skills
·  Extensive experience in analyzing and solving day-to-day Production issues & Configuration changes
·  Domain knowledge of Technology Business Management (TBM)
·  Have or work towards achieving a TBMA certification
·  Knowledge and experience of Bill of IT, Cost Transparency is requirement
