Profile screening is very important, so please do not get regular scrum master profiles.
1.SAFe Agile certification is a must
2.Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Agile Coach in different industries/customers
3.Experience in interacting with business/IT stake holders, C-level/VP level customers for SAFe Agile coaching as well implementation
4.Strong agile process assessment skills
5.Strong presentation & communication skills
