·         12+ years of experience of leading a Project team in high scale projects
·         Extensive experience in understanding business processes, related systems and assign ownership through design thinking workshops
·         Demonstrated ability to Collaborate with Business and IT to define business terms & workflows, resolve conflicts and ensure greater buy-in from all units
·         Plan & execute organization change management for better adoption
·         Knowledge of industry leading data quality and data governance management practices
·         Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection
·         Good understanding of Agile Methodolgies
·         Exposure to Healthcare Domain
