Role: Solutions Architect
 
Location: Tyson, VA
 
Duration: Fulltime 
 
Job Description:
 
Lead meetings and presentations aligning strategic direction and reference architecture.
 
Document third party integrations and proprietary architecture to socialize values and risks, example BlackNight with Mulesoft, etc. to connect systems so data can be moved, including API calls.
 
Must have technical skills including SSIS/ETL, knowledge of Technical governance, change management, due diligence/risk management to identify different solutions and how they would fit into the PenFed architecture.
 
Ability to work and communicate well with internal teams, including product owners, developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations.
 
Identify and mitigate information security, project and operational risk.
 
Lead due diligence to compare solutions, explain value and mitigate risk.
 
Consultant to enterprise architectural principles and standards.
 
Independent problem solver, leverage multiple technology solutions and manage multiple deliverables at one time
