·         Having development experience on C / C++, PowerShell, Phython, C#
·         HDTest additions for new tests (crypto, tcp resets etc.)
·         PR gating using HDTests
·         New machine first time bringup (bios update etc.)
·         Egg the automation on, allow FTE to automate - vendor
·         Also automate gaps - vendor if skills match
·         Mellanox driver quals
·         Overlake BVTs and allow FTE to automate
·         Documentation for all tasks
