 Job Description:
 Maintain Development and Production SolarWinds and SentryOne Monitoring Environments
Monitoring of Cloud, Server, Network, Database, and applications
Creation of management of devices within our monitoring platforms including:
Windows and Linux Servers
Cloud Services
Microsoft SQL Servers
Network Devices (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Access Points)
VMware (ESXi) host servers
Various appliances
External Services
Build custom application monitors for
Websites
Applications
Services
TCP/IP Ports
Custom PowerShell Monitors
API Monitors
Create and Modify Dashboards
Create Custom Reports to track application performance and business metrics
Configure new alerts / modify alerts as needed
Configure Synthetic Web Transaction monitors
Develop PowerShell scripts for monitoring / automated monitoring response
Report to business stakeholders as needed
Assist L1 Command Center team with monitoring escalations
Provide on-call support as needed
Participate in the Major Incident Response Process.
