explore CI part of the CI/CD pipeline as they move to the cloud
gaps are to extend current on-prem deployment life cycles to UAT
stress testing to production (needs to be fully automated)
full integration with Jira (only utiling 10-15% capacity now and went to leverage Jira cloud
