7+ years of IT experience
5+ years of experience analyzing, designing and implementing solutions using .NET Technology and SQL Server
5+ years of object-oriented programming experience and MVC development paradigms
Ability to work with business users is a must and document the requirements
Good Knowledge in Banking and Commercial Lending domain
Effective communicator, ability to clearly and concisely communicate the ideas
Conducting and leading meetings with different audience
Ability to analyze the data flow within and in/out of systems
Batch / backend processing (as opposed to frontend/UX/screen processing)
