Work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes to technology with business strategy and goals. 
Be conversant with ServiceNow and create functional design artifacts. Key ServiceNow functional design responsibilities include;
 
IVR integration experience is a must
Conduct product design workshops
Product Modelling in ServiceNow for Path A & Path B products
Product workflow design in ServiceNow
Product specification, service specification, resource specification
Product characteristics, decomposition rules
Product attributes and associated business rules
