Key Responsibilities
Dynamics CRM Development
Firm understanding of integration processes of multiple tools into Dynamics.
Working with L1 teams to understand the issues and requirements to escalate bug fixes and tasks to relevant engineering teams.
Check code blocks for current code to understand the functionality of the environment.
Provide reports of performance for the Engineering teams in leadership forums.Work with Engineering teams to gain insights on Issues Escalated and what was done to resolve the issue to create knowledge for future use.
Simplifying process requirements and implementing with the help of responsible teams.
Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
Assist sales and presales teams to prepare proposals, participate on client presentations and support business development and the sale of professional services when necessary.
Work Closely with customer operations and sales teams with upcoming requirements for migration to Dynamics.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, or administering MS Dynamics CRM required
MS Dynamics CRM: SDK, report writing, installation, configuration, and customizations.
Additional Qualifications & Skills
Strong work ethic: Ability to work in non-structured work environment (i.e., remotely, home office, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
