Role : Senior Cloud Engineer
Location : Sacramento, CA
Project Duration : 6+ months
JD : 
8+ years related work experience in managing and administering Oracle, MySQL, Postgres databases
3+ years’ experience implementing and administering cloud solutions on AWS platforms
2+ years’ experience implementing and administering AWS RDS
Thorough understanding of architectural elements required to support large AWS cloud installations and maintain high availability
Proficient in writing and maintaining scripts to automate system tasks
Must be able to write effective technical documents and reports as a primary focus of daily duties
Experience supporting all phases of the system development life cycle including development, testing, QA and production.
Preferred knowledge and experience : 
Experience with Cloud Formation, Python, Ansible
Experience with Splunk
Knowledge of government sponsored health care programs and systems
Certifications : 
Relevant AWS certifications are preferred
Relevant Database certifications are preferred
