Experience: 10 + Years is MandatoryMinimum Mandatory Skills: Oracle ERP – RLM Module; SCM ModuleDesired Skills: Oracle EBS Functional  / Techno-Functional with EDI knowledgeJob Description:Functional Knowledge on INV, OM, Release Management (Oracle RLM), Shipping Execution, setting up Trading partners, EDI Mappings Assist Business, Trading Partners and end users to provide resolutions & suggesting solutions.Should have experience in writing requirement documents, functional testing and debugging functional issues of RICE components and fixing issues.Liaison between Oracle ERP application team & EDI Team.Able to understand the TP onboarding requirements & coordinate with all stakeholders to successful implementation.Provide Root Cause Analysis, recommended resolution and Communicate fluently and effectively with all level of business users, technical teams, and management across the organization.Experience in opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SRs with Oracle Support Excellent communication Skills.Meet aggressive delivery timelines, coordinate well with remote teams, have the flexibility of working the time differences, and proactively solve problemsR12 experience required.Responsibilities:Responsible for Onboarding new EDI customers in Oracle ERP, EDI. Closely working with Business, end users and internal teams.
