Job Description:MUST HAVES:Has worked as Business analyst to implement or develop Property tax management applicationStrong knowledge and experience working in Property tax ,Insurance tracking, escrow administration , delinquency, refunds, Audit, and penaltyUnderstands Real estate tax processing functions for escrowed and non-escrowed loans Has integrated Tax servicers and lender servicing systems to property tax management applicationNICE TO HAVES:Must have 5-8 years of experience on capturing the requirement from business stakeholders and convert that to BRD document.Knowledge on Total Tax Service and Enhanced Tax Service is mustPrioritize requirements from various stakeholdersCommunicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholdersAssess change-proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goalsDiscover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for changeWork with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team.
