Experience Level Required: 10 plus years of experience as a Technical  lead in Java DevelopmentLead in agile environment at a complex enterprise scale Mandatory Skills: Java,GroovyPreferred /Desired Skills: Willingness to engage with customers regularly.Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Good understanding of agile development methodologies and the ability to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to.Can-do attitude – Ability to perform under pressure and ambiguous business climate.Good Understanding of CI /CD pipelineGood understanding of the Object Oriented Programming ConceptsJob Description:May have good to medium hands-on experience in Java and Jave EE.Must be an SME on OOPS.Must understand the differences & benefits on using various java versions (at least 2 different versions - example Java v1.7 and v1.8).Must be very good with design patterns.May have good to strong knowledge on architecture, framework & technology.Should have good leadership and mentoring skills. It is preferred if they have previous experience in handling a team.These candidates will be actively used to design the implementation and part take in development as well. They should be able to train/guide the team under them if required. Hence, they must be more knowledgeable, and their communication needs to be good.
