·    14+ years Oracle EBS (R12) experience as a project manager, solution architect and technical roles
·    7+ years of experience as a project manager (PM) for managing multiple cross-functional business teams with teams size of 15 and above
·    Extensive experience in Oracle EBS/R12 in Supply chain and Manufacturing eco system
·    Experience  in country specific product labeling restrictions, customizations to Oracle EBS R12 for product lot generation, regulatory master data, regulatory ordering and shipping controls, and related integrations and reporting
·    Significant experience managing Oracle EBS R12 customization projects including the functional, technical, and integration aspects of projects
·    Good understanding of the Order to Ship process in EBS
·    Experience in manufacturing process including lots in EBS is a plus
·    Experience in the manufacturing based Life sciences industry
·    Excellent oral and written communication skills
