Job Description:IT Program Manager – LCMLifecycle Management Program Enablement - Drive wide awareness of & participation toward remediating LCM Risks. We have a significant LCM challenge and will require concurrent initiatives across platforms. Continuously driving measurement improvement in Biogen's LCM position & risk exposure.  Ensuring any progress made is not temporary.  This will require building strong governance, and process improvement, and building LCM principles into the expectation of the way IT operates.This role requires the ability to:Overall accountability in Program Management Support for RoadmapsEnsure Program Metrics & Governance Review Content CreationGovernance Action Item Tracking and Follow UpFocus on continuous improvement for roadmap & existing processesLCM Communication content/artifact creationLCM Process Communication ExecutionAd-hoc currency reporting (i.e. what cannot be obtained via self-service) Maintenance of EOL Recovery Opportunity Tracker; Includes adding additional items to the trackerLCM Continual Remediation ReviewFollow Ups with ITSOs/ Platform Owners on LCM Risks & Committed DatesAd-Hoc Notes Capturing During Currency Assessment Meetings with ITSOsHelping Coordinate / Make Introductions to the necessary teams as an output of these sessionsi.e. how to engage with Retirement Factoryi.e. Connect with DB TeamCloud Assessment Framework, etcCMDB UpdatesInfrastructure Platform Roadmaps for Consumption & PlanningCurrent Service Offerings:Roadmap ItemsBiogen EOL RoadmapMajor ProjectsProvide additional support to ensure platforms owners are aware, and making plans to address major upcoming currecny issues:ExaData / ExaLogicWindows 2012Amazon Linux 1ETCPublishing of Upcoming/Current Infra ProjectsAlign with EA to Develop a Component of the Platform Roadmap structure that specifally addresses the LCM; Add as a 'Gate' in TRB.The Program Manager is accountable for ensuring that the program objectives are delivered according to committed scope, approved budget, and target dates. The Program Manager will ensure that internal staff, as well as vendors and third-party stakeholders, provide committed project deliverables to the appropriate cadence and high level of quality. These deliverables will fully disclose all relevant aspects of budget and schedule adherence.Experience:8+ years project management experience, ideally including budget accountability10+ years’ experience as an IT professional.Experience with regulated / validated GxP systems projects, including requirements gathering, planning, and execution.Experience in leading stakeholder meetings, cross-functional meetings for nimble, fast-moving teamsProven ability to motivate colleagues and manage stakeholder priorities in a deadline-oriented environmentStrong analytical and creative problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills – particularly organizing and presenting project information to managementCapable of working well under pressure, multi-tasking across projects.Capable of working independently and highly organized.Experience working with internal, external and third-party stakeholdersA background in Life Sciences projects, with validated projects or projects a plusEducation:BA or BS in Computer Science, Business, or Life Sciences-related fieldGraduate degree in a relevant field preferredPMP or equivalent credentials preferred
