Title: Sr. Automation Analyst / Sr. Digital BA (Oil & Gas)
Location: Houston, TX (Remote for now)
Rate: $58/hr C2C
Job description : 
§  Run Ideation / discovery workshops with client SMEs to uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution
§  Identify automation opportunities / candidates, strategies, operational and process improvements to meet short and long-term goals for growth and profit - prioritize key areas of the business where robotic and 
 
cognitive solutions can drive significant business benefit
§  Engages with stakeholders and business users to
­   Create value case / business case,
­   Elicit, capture, analyze, refine, communicate, and document their requirements, define complexity of the process in terms of Automation Delivery
­   Study process information, standard operation procedures, process maps volumetrics trending, seasonality, cyclicality, service levels set up error rate, error volumes, exception handling steps, capacity utilization FTE, 
productivity metrics and average handling time
§  Provide facilitation and consulting support for process teams to drive efficiency goals (value stream mapping, solution workshops)
§  Serve as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology-enabled solutions to meet client's business needs
§  Collaborate with firm technical leaders to understand and bring to bear innovative AI / Cognitive and digital technologies to transform business processes
Industry Experience – Oil & Gas - Midstream (Supply chain), Trading & Shipping
Desired skills and experience:
§  Minimum 8 – 10 years’ hands-on experience of identifying and implementing Intelligent Automation opportunities, requirements gathering, process analysis, developing process improvement, data management 
 
and ensuring reliability of data
§  Working closely with developers to implement requirements and provide necessary guidance to testers
§  Excellent verbal and written communication skills / business writing skills, to be able to lead and drive discussions with the customer’s business and IT teams
§  Good negotiation skills
§  Experience in working with stakeholders both internal and external is essential
§  Should have a good blend of Technology and Process knowledge
 
§  Should be a good people person with ability to work collaboratively with various team members
