Job Description:
Must Have
Minimum 10+ years of experience
Strong Business Analysis, data analysis & Systems Analysis background
Drive the development and execution of project plan by working with project team to
define, sequence
Adhere to MSFT standards, processes, and policies for all projects
Experience in managing all aspects of the project like chartering, scope definition,
requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management and reporting
Plans and executes project communications ensuring timely and accurate distribution of
information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members
Experience in requirement gathering of different kinds of Solutions & features
Able to break down the requirements into user stories and can run the stories with Business and
define prioritization
Strong data profiling & analysis experience
Experience in providing data insights & behaviors for requirement confirmation
Experience in Agile Scrum/SAFe Methodology & relevant projects
Experience in Scrum Master role & relevant responsibilities
Should be able to coordinate & drive customers on deliverable signoffs
Should have experience in drive & manage complete UAT process
Should have experience in drive & manage complete Release process
Experience in handling/interacting with technical teams and discussing technical architecture
Experience in managing direct customer & project stakeholder
Experience in leading, facilitating, and tracking project deliverables using Agile methodologies,
Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Excel
Experience in providing program insights efficiently
Experience working with teams across multiple locations and time zones
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
Should be a quick learner & self- driven person
