Role: Smartsheet Developer
 
Location: Reston, VA
 
Duration: 6 months
 
Job Description:
 
Participate in the entire development life cycle, from concept to release
 
Implement both client-side components and server-side handlers to create new features
 
Make improvements to test pipelines, alerting systems, and general cloud infrastructure
 
Participate in all phases of quality assurance and maintenance of a production application
 
Must Have:
 
·         10+ years software development experience
 
·         Experience working in a full-stack capacity, and working directly with product managers
 
·         Desire to work on a small team with a high level of ownership
 
·         Understanding of test-driven development methodologies
 
·         Build integrations with external services, and integrate internally with Smartsheet itself
 
·         Willingness to learn new technologies and pitch in wherever necessary
 
Nice to have:
 
Experience with the Go language
 
Experience building front-ends with React or similar frameworks
 
Diverse experience with backend services (databases, queues, caches)
