Degeiko ban lifted for a spell

Degeiko (going out to train at other stables, banned since the virus broke out) will be allowed between June 6th and June 22nd, it was decided today. The details will be worked out between the Oyakatas. determining schedules and who will go where. A PCR test will be held before each session for those involved. No eating together will be allowed after the session. Good start.
