Winter jungyo-kyujo list and new heya news

The Winter Jungyo commences this Sunday November 30th. No les than 10 rikishi will be kyujo. Oonosato, Takayasu, Hakuouhou, Wakatakakage, Ura, Rouga, Meisei from Makuuchi and Hitoshi, Kotoeihou, and Mita from Juryo.  Himukamaru  from Juryo will be a replacement rikishi.

Ex-Takakeishou, current Minatogawa Oyakata will inherit Tokiwayama beya as the current Oyakata is nearing retirement, and on January 26th, it will become Minatogawa beya under his leadership and Tokiwayama beya will cease to exist. The gyoji Kimura Hideaki and yobidashi Hiro of Tokiwayama beya will move to Tamanoi beya, hairdresser Tokosen goes to Kise beya and sewanin Tochinoyama goes to Yamahibiki beya. The rikishi will all follow Takakeishou. The other hairdresser Tokoshou and sewanin Ranbo (no joke) will also go with him.
