Christmas Party

Hello Ladies,

It’s almost here! I can’t wait to share with our new community neighbors what a fun time they will experience. I have confirmed with the venue to have 16 round tables and 8 chairs for each table and 3 rectangle tables for the center so we can put the desserts on those tables. Amy has confirmed with Santa and Mrs. Clause, food truck  and the servers from On Spot Dance. 

The venue will be opened at 9am. 

I will have the decorations, tree, and table cloths, wreaths, and plastic ware. Sandy will be bringing the plates and napkins. 

If everyone can please bring their wrapped boxes and anything else that you want to contribute that would be awesome. 

I will see everyone at Deer Flat Ranch at 9am on Friday.
