I will be compiling the content for the March newsletter in the next couple of days. In the monthly newsletter, we have sections for each committee's next month's events, etc. I usually do this around the 20^th.

 

Please let me know if there is anything that needs to be in there for March other than Bunco & food trucks.

 

As for this year's events, here's what we have:

• Continued food truck line-up will start to ramp up in spring as the weather gets nicer
• Pool grand reopening summer BBQ kick-off party- Sat, May 27^th
• "Save the Date!" to go out in the April quarterly "formal" newsletter, which is mailed and emailed (vs. the monthly which is only emailed)
• Planning meeting for this event is scheduled for April, 25^th
• July's HOA BBQ gathering + Board voting
• December Holiday Christmas party

As always, thanks so much Amanda!

I can speak to the Food Trucks - we are booked twice a month through the end of May.  Summer schedules will open up in March and April for most trucks so I'll continue to work on that.  

Since our next meeting is April 25th but our Save the Date is due for April quarterly newsletter - I will work and share with the team for final approval.  I'll have that to everyone within the next 2 weeks.  =)

BUNCO a great return event in February!  We had 28 that attended and it was a hoot!  Reminder;  first Saturday of each month!

Do you have an updated food truck doc? I’m writing the quarterly Q2 (April, May, June) newsletter right now, so I’d like to add as many as we have confirmed.

Here is what I have so far for 2023 but I can say that many more will be added here soon!  Lots of schedules have opened for the trucks so I am actively working on that schedule.  A BBQ place, Sammi Shack is calling.
