Maintenance -Q4 and Corpus Fund Notice FY -2025-26

Dear All Members,

 Wish you a Very Happy New Year to all of you.

Please note that we have generated the Maintenance bills for Q4 of FY25-26 and Corpus fund bill for FY 25-26.  Please check your mail or SMS or No Broker hood app for details of bills to be paid.

The below are the due dates for payment of maintenance bills and Corpus fund bills :

 

Heads                                Due Date

Maintenance Bill             16.02.2026

Corpus Fund Bill              31.07.2026

 

Kindly pay bills as per the due date to avoid penalty for late payment beyond due date.

Further all members are requested to pay both maintenance and corpus fund payment directly in the bank details given below. Please avoid payment in cash to maximize collection through digital route only.

Dear Members,

Request you All to please  use NO Broker App to pay both Maintenance of Q4 and Corpus of  FY 2025-26 using UPI Mode.

Once paid the NBH App will automatically generated Receipt copy at your screen.

The NBH will immediately update your ledger.

Hence Use it .....It's very very simple.

I would like to inform you that I have transferred the Maintenance Bill for the year 2026 (January 2026 to December 2026) along with the Corpus Fund amounting to ₹27,972/-.

The payment has been made to PNB, Narendrapur against Flat No. A3/E (Area 999sq ft).

Kindly acknowledge receipt of the same.
