Election of Board Member - A Block

[Sugam Sabuj]

Dear Election Officers,

This present Sugam Sabuj Board was formed with 10 members; however, Block A Lobby 2 currently does not have any representation. As per the AGM proceedings , we intend to fill this position to complete the Board formation.

We have an owner/member who has expressed interest in joining the present Board if given the opportunity. The details are as follows:
Mrs. Sabita Mistry, Flat No. A-2H.

We kindly request your approval to allow her to join the Board and represent Block A Lobby 2.
