Dirk and Team,

I had Subsurface running on my IPhone 13, after which I migrated to an IPhone 16, and the Bluetooth interface to Suunto EON Core continued to work perfectly.

Two weeks ago I migrated from the iPhone 16 Pro to a iPhone 17 Pro running iOS 26.4.1 (23E54), using apples transfer phone facility. Subsurface transferred successfully and my log book opens fine on the new phone. However, no matter what I do Subsurface will not Find/See the Suunto EON Core.  Even though it shows up in the iOS Bluetooth setup (see below) as well as its possible to download from the Eon Core to Suunto's Dive Log app running on this same  iPhone 17 Pro.

Please help 🙏

Thanks and best regards

I would first check that the app has the permission needed.

Subsurface has the required BT permission set. When I hit scan, it finds my Buddies Scubapro G2 computer. So the issue is related to the Suunto EON core..

Thanks

The Suunto EON dive computers remember the phone that they are talking to and generally refuse to talk to a different device.
On the dive computer, forget the paired computer/device (I don't remember the exact text right now, but it's pretty obvious) and try again.
