So i googled out Subsurface, but when i connect original apeks  the usb interface it said drivers couldnt not be installed(not found) so i cant find the device in Subsurface program,

Is there any way out?

Thanks in Advance

The Apeks Quantum X (and all other Seiko based models) are a bit problematic
under Windows. They are using a Prolific PL2303 usb-serial chipset, but with a
custom USB VID/PID. That means you can't use the stock Prolific driver, and
because Seiko is out of the dive computer business, they no longer update their
driver.

I once patched the stock Prolific driver to accept the custom VID/PID. This
worked on Windows XP, but I have no idea if this is possible on newer version.
The patch invalidates the driver signature, so you need to be able to install
unsigned drivers. The procedure is explained here:

Well, I'm not familiar with the Apeks Quantum X - but a LOT of the common dive computer download cables are FTDI VCP based. Sadly the Apeks website is not informative at all (and I can't even find the Quantum X on there).
You may try to install FTDI drivers - http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm

Ignore what I said - Jef knows a LOT more about this then I do. Thanks for the response, Jef.
