The easiest way to debug this is
- update to the current version -- nothing with synching has changed, but it's just a good habit and helps me when I try and figure out what's going on
- start Subsurface-mobile
- do a manual sync from the menu
- go to the Help menu and submit a support request
This will open your email app with the logs attached and once you send that it will go to me and Michael Keller. And then I can compare the logs to what I see on the backend and most likely figure out what's going wrong.
