Error in the description of a record

Hi,

At this moment, when we validate the information of a record, it shows us an error in the description, as shown below:

Will you please provide a little more context?

What version of PHP and MySQL are you using?

What do you mean by “validate the information of a record?” Do you mean just visually?

What is the url (not including your domain) of the webpage that you see the error?

Does it happen for every record?

Hello everyone.

We appreciate the help, this error occurs in:

my_domain / control / records / record.php

my_domain / control / records / record.php? record_id = 5

attached images

Our MySQL version is 5.7.28-31, PHP version is 7.2.24, SP version 4.4.

The error is shown when we try to create a new record, or we want to edit the information of an existing record.
