Dear Student Leaders,

Many of you have still not submitted their reports which will lead to deduction in points from the final evaluation. We are not asking for any report for this time, however it is strongly recommended to submit the previous report if you havent submitted it yet.

The Second List for the activities is as follows:-

Publicise Action Plan in your College/Institute:-

1. Take a printout on a A3 size paper, and put it on your college notification board.

Put your contact details for any queries.

Go through the rules and details about A-Plan from the link (http://abhyuday-iitb.org/A-Plan.html) , so that you can answer the queries.

However you can contact your mentors for any details.

2. Ask your General Secretary/Student Head of your college, to put it in the bulk mailing list, and mail it to everyone.

You can do it by talking to him and posting/mailing him the draft we’ve sent to you.

PFA the attached draft, which you will forward to General Secretary/President of Student Council. Edit it accordingly

3. Encourage students to participate in A-Plan

You have to ensure that atleast 1 team per student leader should register for the competition. A lot of the vision behind what we want to achieve would be through this competition.

Contacting NGOs in your area.

1. Search for all the NGOs working in your city/nearby college.

2. Categorise them on the basis of their sectors, in which they work

3. Make an excel sheet, with their contact details(if any) and their sectors

It will ultimately help you in your next month activities and also for A-Plan preparation.

Ask the teams about the topic that they want to work for during A-Plan competition and organize a field visit in the same sector. Encourage people working in the NGOs to mentor the teams and help them in stakeholder interaction

NOTE: It is important for you to go through the A-Plan website and understand all the aspects of competition properly before you can encourage students to participate in the competition and contact NGOs for field visits

Submission:

An excel sheet titled “Name-City , containing details of NGOs currently active in your college area or city(for small cities), well categorised on the basis of sectors they work in.

DEADLINE: 25th September.
