Minute of the Meet with Student Leaders held on 16th Sept, 14.
Attendees: Abhishek, Prabhakar, Singhal, Soni, Vivek, Shantanu, Arnav, Jyotsna, student leaders in Mumbai and their team members
TechGSR Team of Abhyuday
Introduction of TechGSR by Arnav: Their workology, their problem and their approach to solve it. It also included the problems they faced while working in a village called 'Hirewadi'. They also initiated SMART BUCKET CHALLENGE.

Student leaders- Student Leaders MUST go through A-Plan Information on the website, so that they can encourage students about it and also able to answer them for their queries.
- Its time to LEAD, the real work starts now.
- Should form a team, which will move in the directions(as suggested in A-Plan rules)
- Define a problem on which you think matches most with your area, interact with stake holders and drive more social consciousness.
- Team Abhyuday is planning to conduct some events/competitions/activities in your respective colleges.
Probable events which can be conducted in Student Leader Colleges
- Presentation about A-Plan and types of social activities going in IITB
- Poster Presentation competition(about 20-30 minutes), which can attract students.
- Lecture on social entrepreneurship
- Presentation on TechGSR(Its working, innovative solution, obstacles and ways to handle them)
@Everyone: - Go through A-Plan rules and information. You are representative of Abhyuday in your college, so we expect you to understand it well.
- Abhishek have sent you the mail(kindly check the group) which must be forwarded to the G.Sec/Council Head, so that every students can be notified.
- Encourage students to take part in A-Plan.
- Abhishek is starting a thread on Google Group, which can be used as a medium of discussion of ideas, events planning in respective colleges
There was a discussion about how to pitch the social club about this event and how it should be publicized
