"The POM for org.amtlr:ST4:jar:4.3.2 is invalid"

Hi guys:

We love StringTemplate 4, and we use it on our main project to generate lots of different text. Recently, dependabot provided a new version of ST4 to our project, version 4.3.2. After this was upgraded, we were forced to add the antlr dependency to our project, because maven reports that the POM is invalid:

[WARNING] The POM for org.antlr:ST4:jar:4.3.2 is invalid, transitive dependencies (if any) will not be available, enable debug logging for more details

This warning is logged on all our dev machines as well as in our GCP cloud builds when we run Maven.

I wanted to let you guys know, so you can fix it in the next release.

I have removed the reference to the local jar that I used for testing and now I require manual installation in the local .m2 repository. can you check out the pom it looks better?

Also i deployed 4.3.3-SNAPSHOT.  Can you use that and see if it works? thanks!
