Installed, please test back. 

It is about rating stuff, softdrinks, beverages, food, kinds of pizza, all sorts of ramen noodles or anything else.

If you always forgot how that dozens of drinks and foods taste like. My app will help you.

Make a photo of your drink/food. Rate it, take some notes to it. Keep it forever. Come back in that store after some time, now you can remember what you wrote about it with your notes.

If you want... 

1.create a category, three dots menu (maybe Softdrink ) 

2.add some Softdrinks in that category and rate it 

3.create one or two more categories

4.add more food or drinks in that categories

5.create a Backup 

6.restore Backup

I submitted my email address through the Google Forms, but I can't install the app as you can see in the picture.

How can I solve this problem?

Nothing shows up except the buttons in the top right-hand corner. Is this OK?

Yeah you have to create a category first.. Three dots,, maybe Softdrink.. Then make a picture of you LemonadeCan or bottle..and rate it..
