Cannot update satellites data

Hi,

I've got a problem, if I try to add more satellites in the Satellite plugin, the dialog box keeps 'Stellarium is downloading satellite data from the update sources, please wait...' and in the lower right corner I see TLE 42/42 but then nothing happens and it keeps staying there...

I really need to update that data.

I am on Mac OS with the latest Stellarium, tried with my custom version but it's the same.

Tried already to start from zero trashing the Application support folder.

A few days ago this worked...

There are a couple ways to add new satellites. What steps are you using now?

If there are several different satellites in different files, cut and paste those TLEs into a new file. Then choose 'add all new objects'  and update TLEs from that file.

or

If there are some new objects in a file that you are already updating from, do the same 'add all new objects'.

Thanks but when I press that button Stellarium starts to update lte and ganga at the end…

Where are those the tle files ?

And I cannot use the add all new object button cause I am stuck in the download ing process…

Hi,

I resolved by myself, the main problem was that my router was blocking the access to 

https://celestrak.org/NORAD/elements/index.php?FORMAT=tle.

I tried to download manually the tle files but could not… so I understood why Stellarium was stuck in the downloading process.

Restarted the router and it’s ok now…
