Hi CAP Core Team,

After reviews, revisions, iterations and a public discussion, the following CAP describing changes to stellar-core and the Stellar Protocol moved into the "Final Comment Period" phase. This means they are ready for final deliberation by the CAP Core Team.

• CAP-0085: Externally managed contract executables

The next step is for the CAP Core Team to review the CAP and approve, reject, or request revisions.
