Good Day State Contacts,
I am on the hunt for auto-renewal information that is somewhat technical.
If you offer auto-renewal, does your vendor do the credit card processing? Meaning, they accept the credit card and pass that information directly to a credit card processor like FiServe or First Data? Or, do they have a third party like NIC that collects the “credit card packet” and then provides that “packet” to the credit card processor?
I know this is technical and may require some digging with your vendor so I appreciate the effort in advance.

We currently use NIC for auto-renewals here in Arkansas.
