Please refer to this Department's earlier email forwarding the judgment of  Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dated 25.07.2025 in Criminal Appeal No. 3177 of 2025 [Arising out of SLP (Crl.) No. 6378 of 2024] in the matter of Sukdeb Saha vs. The State of Andhra Pradesh & Ors. (copy enclosed). It was requested to take necessary action as deemed fit in the said judgment.

2.    In this regard, a copy of the same is again forwarded with requested  to furnish action taken(ATR) report to this Department to further necessary action at the level of M/ o Education, Government of India.
