Hello!

Since the beginning, (1996 approximately) I have paid for hosting for CTGenWeb.org.

We started with Powweb, but after about 15 years, it was sold to iPage and then Network Solutions and what was about 120 dollars for the site, unlimited, it jumped to $325 with zero upgrades. No thanks.

So,  I have a dear friend, former software developer for HP on the East Coast, who offered to host CTGenWeb for a fee. (I believe I pay about $150 per year) The site even has email available, but I haven’t set it up.

So, we use that and I’ve shared the credentials with Mary for the root—and the other CCs FTP creds, via Mary, for the towns and counties. My friend is retired and not wanting new clients, but we’re blessed that he lets me use his VPS. 

The VPS is through Hostgator with a reseller subscription, so it’s reasonable for him, too. 24/7 live support.

Hostgator is affiliated with Blue Host, I think, too.

I don't know if you are aware of this, or not, but Idaho has "Account Suspended" when you try to see that state site.
