RSS feed enhancement?

Is it just my imagination, or has the RSS feed for SE's new books just started to include the *long* description, rather than the *short* description?

If it's a (recent?) enhancement, I like it. :)

We changed the description field to be the longdesc in version 4.0 of the toolset, and the short description has become a new meta abstract field. This will be fallout from that, but I’m not sure it was intentional.

It's that way on the OPDS feeds as well. I noticed that when I had to re-import the corpus into calibre after the recent rebuild that my metadata now has the long description! I like it, too!

If you were using the RSS 2.0 feed, then we recently deprecated it in
favor of an Atom feed, which has just as wide support but contains more
information, like the long description.
