Ministra 5.6.1 compatible with new MAG 524

Hi,

I am running Ministra 5.6.1.

Looks like the latest mag 524 box is not compatible with it. It says "your stb is not supported". Can someone tell me how to get it to work without upgrading?

Only if you know what files to decode, then change several lines.

I had serious security issues with version 5.6.6.

before upgrade make sure you have backup and run it on test 7-8 days before prog.

also, be ready for to the previous version from backup.

In config.ini file all supprted boxes number written somewhere copy that part & add mag 524 in custom.ini. Try this might work but i am not sure if this mehod doesn't work then you have to upgrade

5.6.6 doesn't support other stb boxes like  "Dreamlink", "Buzztv", that's why I do not want to upgrade. I have some clients that use these boxes.
Need the 5.6.1 to work with mag 524. I know some people that have got it to work, but they don't want to share the info.

Mag250 and Mag254 are too slow for the panel, take 4 to 7 seconds to open, and Mag322 to Mag524 opens 1 to 2 second on the same server,.

reinstall Ubuntu 14.04 and install ministra and then upload backup.
