Thank you for the message. I would be very pleased to help arrange this type of visit for the Japanese group. We can indeed show them some of the tank rehabilitation and dairy development activities, and we also have some interesting sea bass cage culture as well as various crop-related things going on. We can arrange it based on their interests and time availability. At the moment, most activities are going on in the East (which was also conflict-affected) which would entail around a 7-hour drive (driving time to Kilinochchi where you visited is about the same). There are internal flights, but UNDSS has recently downgraded the security ratings for the internal airline to "d" and has asked us not to use it except in case of an emergency.
Would you like me to get in touch directly with the two people mentioned in the email to you below?
Have a nice weekend,
Beth

あやちゃん、しょうさん、れいちゃん、企画班のみなさん、
こんばんは。
IOMの橋本さんに送ったものが、下記引用の通りIOM東京事務所からスリランカ事務所長のGiuseppe Crocetti氏に送られました。これを受けて、先ほど私よりCrocetti(イタリア人か?)

Dear Ms. Beth Crawford, FAO Representative in Sri Lanka,
My name is Satoshi Yamada, a member of the Kokuren Forum (Sri Lanka Study Program). It is a great honor for me to contact you. From now on, I will be the contact person to you and your office.
Regarding your email, we are very excited that there are many interesting projects going on in your country. As we would like to study about the projects, could you kindly share with us more information about the projects you mentioned, to the extent appropriate.
About us, we are going to visit Sri Lanka from 6th to 12th September, 2015. Although our schedule will be a little tight, we are considering taking an ambitious driving trip to the project site, to see and feel about the project. Members who will visit the project site shall be around 20 members consisting of young professionals and students.
Should you have any questions, please be free to contact me.
We are looking forward to meeting you in Sri Lanka.
