Harrison has his own team now, just sent the transfer.
No rule changes are happening, Rob stop confusing the discussion.
Draft date discussion.
Not Wed 6th that is the day before regular season so that's not happening.  If there is a problem it gives us no leeway. Let's set the date range between Sun Aug 27th and Sun Sept 3rd.  I enjoy during the week over the weekend, but I will be fine with either.---Commish

Silvermans have a strong preference for earlier in that window. Sunday 27th- Wednesday 30th. We are traveling and have a family wedding the latter part of that timing.

The Katzs are not available on Saturday 9/2 or Sunday 9/3 due to wedding conflicts. I also am not free on 9/5 from already committing to another draft then.

Why is 9/6 off the table? Has the draft ever actually been pushed back from the planned date that it's a concern? I'd think you want to draft as close to opening day as possible.

Every year there is issues and I am on the phone or texting the day of and even minutes before. Wednesdays are also my late night at the office.  I’ve earned the right to say 1 day is off the table and everyone should assume I have multiple reasons.

Rob - any chance you can see if you can carve out 75 min in your travels on Sunday Aug 27 for a pre west coast dinner draft if it works for others?

It’s before the final preseason game in which nothing but the backups to the backups play.

Half the leagues draft early, as anyone we are drafting isn’t playing anyway in the preseason

I will review everyone’s dates they mentioned when I get a chance.  Every year we find a draft date that inconveniences the least amount of people, it always works out.
